CELOTTI WORKFORCE is a labour hire and recruitment company supplying blue and white collar workers to companies and projects operating in the building, infrastructure, resources, marine and agribusiness sectors across Australia.
Founded in early 2013 by Suzie and Adrian Celotti, the business originally began with one small office in Chinchilla QLD. Riding the Coal Seam Gas construction wave, the business grew very quickly to become a significant player in recruitment for construction and oil and gas activity in the region. By mid-2014 the company had expanded interstate and had successfully built a strong portfolio of satisfied clients and candidates across Australia in the building, infrastructure and resources sectors. In 2017, the Celotti Workforce diversified further, launching into recruitment and labour hire for the Agribusiness sector in rural Queensland, Northern Territory and Tasmania. More recently in 2018, in response to market demand, the business launched CELOTTI Marine & Offshore, providing specialised staffing and associated services for general marine, superyacht and offshore oil and gas industries.
With major offices now in Darwin and Brisbane, and satellite operations popping up around the country to service specific activity hubs and projects in our select sectors, CELOTTI WORKFORCE has the reach to service clients and candidates in all areas of Australia; metropolitan, regional and remote.

When we first embarked on this venture, we saw our major strengths in the diverse but complementary set of skills and experience we had to share with our clients; Suzie’s primarily in business, recruitment and HR, and Adrian’s being industry-specific: construction, engineering, maintenance, project management.
