is seeking a driven and practical Business Development Manager
to lead regional hire and sales operations across the Northern Territory
.

The role would suit someone from a technical, industrial, or project-based background who enjoys relationship-building and is ready to step into a Territory-focused position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver hire and sales strategies aligned with regional growth targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across industrial, infrastructure, and project sectors.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market engagement and local networking.
- Represent the business at events, client meetings, and through direct outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered efficiently.
- Monitor competitor activity and regional trends to maintain a strong market position.
- Support day-to-day branch operations where required.
- Experience in industrial, construction, hire, or related technical sales environments.
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach to building client relationships.
- Comfortable managing the full sales cycle independently.
- Familiar with KPI-driven roles and CRM/reporting systems.
- Solid understanding of regional project pipelines and local market dynamics.
- Holds a current driver’s licence.
