is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager
to join our team in Townsville
, providing dedicated coverage across the North Queensland
region.
You’ll be the face of CELOTTI in the region—connecting with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities across infrastructure, construction, and resources sectors.
About the Role:
This is a client-facing role with a strong focus on relationship management and business growth. You’ll be supported by a structured team where sales, recruitment, and admin functions are separated, allowing you to focus on what you do best - building strong partnerships and driving business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthening relationships with existing clients through regular, face-to-face contact
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities via networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Collaborating with internal recruiters and delivery teams to ensure seamless client service
- Representing CELOTTI Workforce across the North Queensland region
- Some regional travel (including overnight stays) will be required
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the recruitment, construction, or industrial sectors
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Experience working autonomously in a regional or territory sales role
- Current Driver’s License
