CELOTTI WORKFORCE
is currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor
for a 12-month subdivision project based in Townsville, QLD
.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take the reins on a local civil project and contribute to the ongoing growth of a well-regarded contractor with a strong pipeline of work throughout North Queensland.
We’re ideally looking for someone locally based, who’s eager to establish themselves long-term and play a key role in growing the company’s presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high safety standard.
- Lead and support on-site crews to complete works in line with plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Manage subcontractors, plant, materials, and labour to maximise site productivity.
- Ensure strict compliance with OH&S, environmental, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and progress reports.
- Provide regular updates to project management on milestones and emerging issues.
- Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across the site.
- Foster collaborative relationships with crews, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision.
- Construction Industry White Card.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Civil Supervisor role.
- Demonstrated experience on subdivision or civil infrastructure projects.
- Sound understanding of safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and solutions-focused approach.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen.
