CELOTTI WORKFORCE
is currently seeking experienced Concrete Labourers
to work on civil subdivision projects, assisting with the installation of sewer and stormwater infrastructure, as well as general concrete works. You’ll be working as part of an experienced team delivering large-scale residential developments — building footpaths, driveways, kerbing, house slabs, and essential underground services.
The Role:
- Assist with excavation, preparation, and shoring of drainage trenches
- Lay and grade pipes for stormwater and sewer drainage
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete footings, surrounds, access pits, and structures
- Operate hand tools and small-powered tools (e.g., concrete saws, plate compactors)
- Clean and maintain site, tools, and working areas
- Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and work as part of a small onsite crew
- Civil Construction experience advantageous
- Blue/White Construction card
- Confined Spaces ticket (mandatory)
- Loader and Quick Cut tickets (advantageous)
- Physically Fit
- Hardworking, reliable, presentable and punctual
- Civil Machinery tickets/experience is advantageous but not required
- Reliability to commit to Monday - Friday work
- Drivers license and reliable transport
- Good work ethic
- Immediate Starts
- Monday - Friday work
- $39/H-$41/H + Overtime Rates (pending experience)
- Weekly pay cycle
