Job Description

CELOTTI WORKFORCE  is partnering with a respected civil contractor to secure an experienced  Contract Administrator  to support a growing pipeline of infrastructure projects across  South-East Queensland  and regional areas.
  
This is a pivotal role within a dynamic, high-performing team, offering long-term stability, strong career development, and the chance to make a meaningful impact across diverse civil projects.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare scopes of work and tender packages
  • Support contract negotiations and manage subcontract departures
  • Maintain subcontractor registers and accurately forecast costs
  • Identify and manage commercial and contractual risks
  • Ensure compliance with the Building Code and company standards
  
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction
  • Strong capability in managing commercial claims and variations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Previous experience with or within subcontractor organisations highly regarded
