Reconciliation
to join our government sector client based in Darwin, NT.
This position is open to First Nations applicants only and offers a chance to lead meaningful reconciliation work within a well-established public sector organisation. You’ll coordinate stakeholder engagement, drive RAP implementation, and support strategic cultural development initiatives.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Role Type: Casual ongoing
Level & Salary:
- Level 6: $95,527.33 per annum
- Level 7: $104,792.18 per annum
Eligibility: Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people only
Position Objective:
The Coordinator Reconciliation will lead the strategic connection between internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve reconciliation goals under the current Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This includes managing reconciliation-related committees, supporting cross-departmental RAP deliverables, and leading the development of future RAPs.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Certificate IV in cultural or community development, or equivalent qualification/work experience (required for Level 6)
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a similar role
- NT Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card)
- Class C Driver’s Licence (or ability to obtain)
- Diploma-level qualifications in a human-centred discipline (e.g. sociology, history, education, or community development), or significant equivalent experience
