Drillers Wanted – WA Surface Diamond Drilling Projects - FIFO

is currently seeking experienced Drillers to join our SURFACE DIAMOND DRILLING operations in Western Australia. Ideal candidates will have proven drilling expertise and a strong commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operating Diamond Drilling equipment
- Assisting with site preparation and upkeep
- Collaborating with team members on-site
- Prioritizing safety through daily equipment inspections, general maintenance, completing safety documentation, and adhering to safe work procedures.
- Leading drill crews and sharing your skills by training Driller Assistants.
- 3–5+ years’ experience as a Surface Diamond Driller
- HR Licence
- Valid First Aid certification
- Recent National Police Clearance
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol tests
- Cert III in Drilling Operations (Cert IV highly regarded)
- Capable of remote work and both day/night shifts
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Legal right to work in Australia
- Permanent, long-term employment providing job stability.
