- Contract Length: 12-Month Contract
- Shift: Day Shift | Monday to Friday
- Opportunity for Permanent Role: Option to transition to permanent after 3 months.
- Accommodation: DIDO for locals or accommodation provided for those from outside the area.
- Assist in the construction and maintenance of civil road works.
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and concrete work.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow project plans and specifications to ensure high-quality work.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to maintain project timelines.
- Uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Carry out physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials as needed.
- Current Drivers Licence - MR or HR desirable
- Blue/White Construction card
- Civil Labouring tickets desirable eg. Confined Space, Working at Heights, Electrical Spotters, EWP, Gas Test, Quick Cut etc.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and drawings is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks.
