is currently seeking experienced Water Well Drillers
to join our client's operations in Western Australia
.
This is a FIFO opportunity from Perth on a 2:1 roster, offering competitive hourly rates, production bonuses, and permanent, long-term employment. You’ll be joining a supportive team working alongside top-tier clients, with all meals and accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate water well drilling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily inspections, routine maintenance, and complete safety documentation.
- Lead a drill crew and provide on-the-job training for Driller Assistants.
- Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and site personnel.
- Participate in rotating shifts and contribute to production targets.
- Proven experience in a similar Driller role essential.
- Valid HR or HR-B class Driver’s Licence.
- Current Water Well Licence.
- National Police Clearance.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical (including D&A testing).
- First Aid & CPR certification – preferred.
- Certificate III in Drilling – desirable.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills with a commitment to safety.
