Join Our Team as a Drilling Field Supervisor – WA Water Well Projects

CELOTTI WORKFORCE
 is currently seeking an experienced Drilling Supervisor to support our Water Well operations across Western Australia. You’ll have strong experience in water well drilling and a solid track record of leading teams while maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards.

  • 2:1 or 8:6 Rosters Available  
  • Paying up to $70.00 P/H 
  • 12 hour days 
  • Weekly pay and superannuation
  • Site Accommodation

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead safety initiatives and support your team in developing detailed risk assessments, critical control verifications, and job safety analyses.
  • Ensure all field operations comply with legislation, industry standards, company policies, and relevant awards.
  • Coach and develop team members, addressing performance and conduct issues as necessary.
  • Plan and allocate work to meet drilling targets efficiently and cost-effectively, including coordinating relief personnel.
  • Oversee equipment readiness through regular maintenance checks, reporting, and preventative care.
  • Communicate progress and challenges with Project Leaders to keep drilling programs on track.
  • Conduct performance reviews aligned with organizational goals and staff development plans.
  • Participate in contractor safety meetings to share successes, identify areas for improvement, and capture feedback.
  • Lead investigations into any incidents or hazards, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Extensive supervisory experience in drilling operations — essential.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Cert IV in Drilling Operations — essential.
  • Manual driver’s license — essential.
  • HR License — essential.
  • Water Well License — desirable.
  • Trainer and Assessor certification — a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to provide a recent Australian National Police Clearance.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
