is seeking Experienced Surface Driller’s Offsiders
to join our team for projects across Western Australia’s mining sector.
- Temp to perm after a 3–6-month probation period.
- Weekly Pay Cycle.

As a Driller’s Offsider, you will be a key support to the driller, performing essential tasks to ensure efficient and safe operations in remote mining locations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Rod handling and rig maintenance.
- Assisting with sample collection and bagging.
- Setting up and dismantling drill rigs and auxiliary equipment.
- Mobilising and demobilising drill rigs and associated equipment across various sites.
- Operating vehicles, drilling equipment, and related tools.
- Performing inspections and maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Participating in all safety, toolbox, and pre-shift meetings.
- Driller Offsider experience (Essential)
- Immediate Start capability.
- Willing and able to work in remote locations in a close-knit team.
- Previous experience in physically demanding roles (capable of lifting up to 40kg).
- HR-B Driver’s Licence – required for Surface work.
- Current National Police Clearance or the ability to obtain.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
- First Aid Certificate (Desirable)
2:1 or 4:2 rosters available, depending on site.
