Job Description

CELOTTI WORKFORCE are seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator for upcoming works in Bedourie QLD. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Final trim grading and civil works (roads, drainage, earthworks, concrete, pipe laying, bitumen, vegetation).
  • Operate, maintain, and repair plant and machinery, completing safety checks.
  • Deliver works to approved designs, safety regulations, and DTMR standards.
  • Install and maintain compliant roadwork signage.
  • Keep accurate records, report progress, and maintain plant cleanliness.
  • Communicate with team, attend safety meetings, and follow quality/risk procedures.
Requirements:
  • ‘HR’ Class Queensland Drivers Licence or higher
  • Construction Safety Induction Card (White Card)
  • Certificate of Competency in Civil Construction Grader Operations
  • Proven experience in Final Trim Grader operation
  • White Card 
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police check 
Desirable:
  • Backhoe, Front End Loader, Skid Steer or Forklift
  • Certificate II or III Civil Construction or equivalent
  • Confined Space Entry Certificate
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
