with a leading national provider of industrial technology solutions to the mining, construction, civil, and infrastructure sectors.

About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the General Manager
will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from sales and operations to leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing overall business operations, driving sales and business development across Australia within mining, construction, civil and heavy equipment sectors.
- Overseeing financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and profitability.
- Strategic planning and operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Leading end-to-end project coordination and execution.
- Managing relationships with contractors, OEMs, corporate and industrial clients.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Providing mentorship and leadership to cross-functional teams.
- Cultivating a safety-first and inclusive team culture.
You are a proactive and energetic leader with a strong background in construction, mining, or industrial technology.
You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in a senior management or general manager role.
- Background in construction, mining services, or industrial technology
- Strong commercial, financial and strategic acumen.
- Demonstrated success in growing revenue and managing key client relationships.
- Skills in coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams.
- Understanding of project delivery, budgets, and operations.
- Adaptability and strong problem solving, negotiations and influential skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to support customers and teams nationwide.
