Hitachi Excavator Specialist (OEM) | FIFO | WA

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Hitachi Excavator Specialist for a FIFO field service role, offering flexible rosters and based out of Western Australia . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys autonomy, and is passionate about keeping equipment running at its best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform OEM-standard diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Hitachi excavators.
• Provide ongoing support to a variety of mine sites across WA.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and equipment, ensuring high availability for customers.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external site contacts.
• Maintain all required documentation and safety compliance.
• Travel to and work from multiple sites as part of a field-based service team.

• Heavy Mechanical Trade Qualification – Australian/NZ recognised.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working on Hitachi machinery (excavator focus).
• Prior experience in mining environments.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Current manual driver’s licence.
• High Risk Work Licences (e.g. Forklift, EWP, Dogging) – desirable.
• A/C Ticket – desirable.
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical, DAS, and provide a current National Police Clearance.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused.
