CELOTTI WORKFORCE are seeking a HSE Advisor for a long-term role in Darwin, NT.
About the Role
The HSE Advisor will support a large-scale construction project by ensuring compliance with WHS standards, offering guidance to site teams, and helping to integrate a proactive safety culture throughout all project phases. You will be responsible for identifying and addressing safety risks, promoting safety awareness, and contributing to a safe and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out site inspections, risk evaluations, and toolbox talks
- Track safety performance, prepare reports, and lead incident investigations
- Develop, assess, and enhance HSE systems, SWMS, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout site activities
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum), Diploma of Work Health and Safety or Bachelor in Occupational Health and Safety
- Demonstrated success in managing site-based HSE on large-scale construction projects
- Strong communication skills and problem solving abilities to promote safe outcomes across the business
- Sound knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and Codes of Practice
- White Card
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence
