CELOTTI WORKFORCE has an opportunity for an experienced Civil Leading Han
d to commence immediately with their client on major civil projects across South-East QLD.
This is an opportunity for the right candidate to have consistent ongoing work, managing small crews of Operators and Labourers to achieve timely outcomes for this subcontractor. This position will require the candidate to commit to 10-12hr days, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of weekend work.
Rate is dependent upon experience.
Subdivision and Road Projects available.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- RII Operating Tickets + Experience
- White Card
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport
- Demonstrated leading hand experience on a civil construction site
- The ability to read and interpret plans
- Ability to manage people of different skill sets
- A strong safety focus
- Immediate starts available
- Ongoing work
- Potential to start as a Permanent with our client
- High hourly rate + Penalties + Allowances
- 10 - 12 hour days
- Monday - Friday work, with weekend work available
