works with leading civil construction companies to provide skilled Major Plant Operators
for a variety of projects, including subdivision, road, and other civil construction works across South Brisbane
.
These roles offer consistent work Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays, 10-12 hour shifts, and the opportunity to secure permanent employment for the right candidates.
We're currently seeking experienced operators with valid machinery tickets to work on civil construction projects. This can include (but isn't limited to):
We are seeking:
- Graders
- Compactors GPS
- Dozers
- Loaders
- HR Watercarts
- Has proven experience operating major plant on civil sites
- Holds a Blue/White Construction Card
- Has a valid driver's licence and reliable transport
- Holds relevant RII tickets
- Holds MR or HR Licence (for Watercart roles)
- Is physically fit, reliable, and safety-focused
- Shows up presentable, punctual, and ready to work
- Consistent Monday-Friday work (plus occasional Saturdays for overtime)
- 10-12 hour shifts
- Ongoing projects with temp-to-perm opportunities
- Weekly pay - above award rates
- Projects in subdivision and road construction
