CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead recruitment delivery and support our expanding office in Darwin, NT .

With a minimum of three years’ recruitment experience, you’ll bring proven expertise in managing end-to-end processes, building strong client relationships, and driving outcomes across multiple industries.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll play a key role in mentoring junior consultants and contributing to overall office performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated recruiter ready to step into a leadership-focused role within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery, from advertising to onboarding.
• Build and manage lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
• Actively source, assess, and place high-quality candidates across diverse industries.
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessments with professionalism.
• Write engaging job advertisements and manage candidate pipelines.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior consultants.
• Contribute to the success of the Darwin office by driving results and supporting growth initiatives.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment (blue-collar, white-collar, or both).
• Strong background in client relationship management and business development.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality.
• Exceptional communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and commercially focused.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
