is currently seeking a Site Maintenance Supervisor
for a FIFO role in Western Australia. Working an 8/6 dayshift-only roster, this position offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a high-performing maintenance department, overseeing the safe and efficient operation of mobile plant and heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of in-house trades including HD mechanics, auto electricians, and boilermakers.
- Coordinate daily and weekly maintenance schedules, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Promote and uphold a strong safety-first culture in all operations.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to manage performance, unplanned downtime, and planning.
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting when required.
- Oversee parts ordering, inventory, and cost control.
- Manage labour allocation, team performance, and compliance with site policies.
- Ensure all works are delivered on time, safely, and to quality standards.
- Trade qualified in Heavy Diesel – Australian/NZ recognised.
- 5+ years post-trade experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong technical experience with OEMs including Hitachi, Komatsu, and Epiroc.
- Sound knowledge of mobile plant maintenance and site-based operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Manual driver’s licence (current).
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical, DAS, and provide a valid National Police Clearance.
