is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor
to join our client’s growing team, delivering high-quality residential renovations across North Brisbane, QLD
.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret full scope of works prior to commencement.
- Establish and prepare sites for multiple concurrent projects.
- Manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory codes and wet area standards.
- Oversee quality assurance and manage site-based issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trades and stakeholders.
- Provide positive business representation and support the development of trade staff.
- Supervise renovations through to completion and final sign-off.
- Trade qualified with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in bathroom/kitchen renovations.
- Solid understanding of wet area codes and compliance (e.g. AS 3740).
- Confident using mobile apps and job management tools.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Brisbane.
- Able to pass a full police check.
- Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- Proactive, reliable and committed to high-quality outcomes.
