are currently seeking a Site Supervisor/Foreman for a full-time position based in East Arm, NT within the Trades & Services industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and lead construction projects from planning through to execution- ensuring safety, quality, and project milestones are met.
Job Offers:
- Permanent opportunity
- Estimated salary: $120K–$150K per annum (depending on experience)
- ASAP start
- Full-time role – Project runs for the next 6 months, with future projects to follow
- Vehicle/Phone/Laptop package – to be negotiated based on candidate fit.
- Supervise on-site construction activities and trades
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and daily workflow
- Read and interpret project plans and ensure works align with specifications (fire-resistant insulated panels)
- Monitor and report project progress and timelines
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Strong experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in construction
- Knowledge of insulated/fire-resistant panel installations highly regarded
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transport and valid driver’s licence
- Previous experience working in Darwin or remote NT sites is highly desirable
