CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking field - based Water Well Drilling Supervisors to join our Dynamic Team.
You’ll have strong experience in Water Well drilling and a solid track record of leading teams while maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards.
About the Role:
- FIFO role on a 2/2 roster from Perth
- Paying up to $70ph flat rate
- 12 hour days
- Weekly pay and superannuation

- Oversee daily rig operations, managing crew and client relations on site.
- Communicate progress and challenges with our Project Leaders to keep drilling programs on track.
- Lead safety compliance and support our team in developing detailed risk assessments and critical control verifications daily.
- Ensure all field operations comply with policies and procedures.
- Coach and develop team members and conduct reviews of employee performance in line with the overall organizational strategy and development plan.
- Work with our maintenance team to oversee equipment readiness through regular maintenance checks, reporting, and preventive care.
- Participate in contractor safety meetings to share successes, identify areas for improvement, and capture feedback.
- Work alongside our HSE team to lead investigations into any incidents or hazards, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions.
- Extensive supervisory experience in drilling operations — essential.
- Cert IV in Drilling Operations - essential.
- Water Well Licence - essential.
- HR Licence - essential.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to provide or undertake Australian National Police Clearance.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
