, Maintenance Supervisors
, and Workshop Coordinators
to join our clients’ high-performing teams based in Bibra Lake, Perth WA
.
These full-time, Perth-based roles involve leading mobile plant maintenance teams across both workshop and metro field service operations, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.
Whether you’re an experienced supervisor or a Leading Hand ready to step up, we want to hear from motivated and technically skilled trades professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise workshop and field service teams including HD Mechanics, Auto Electricians, and Boilermakers.
- Coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities, service schedules, and job allocations.
- Drive team productivity and uphold a strong safety-first culture.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and support.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective parts ordering and stock control.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on job progress, equipment performance, and planning.
- Oversee unplanned downtime responses with professionalism and clear communication.
- Monitor compliance with WHS, company standards, and documentation protocols.
- Heavy Diesel Mechanical Trade – Australian/NZ recognised.
- Minimum 5 years post-trade experience, including recent team leadership or supervisor duties.
- Strong technical knowledge of OEM equipment such as Hitachi, Komatsu, CAT, and Epiroc.
- Proven experience in mobile plant, mining, or civil equipment maintenance.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Current manual driver’s licence.
- High Risk Work Licence (e.g., Forklift, Dogging) – desirable.
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical, DAS, and provide a valid National Police Clearance.
- A proactive, safety-focused mindset and commitment to quality.
