About the role:
CELOTTI Workforce is currently seeking a Regional Manager in Darwin, NT. The Regional Manager is responsible and accountable for the safe and successful delivery of services in the Northern Territory, in line with an agreed annual budget.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will provide leadership to the Branch, and ensure that the team is resourced correctly and that a planned professional approach is taken to the various business activities to ensure that current/future revenue plans and execution objectives are met. This will include managing all aspects of operational delivery including, client interface management, client support services, resources for the delivery of on-time products and service, as well as establishing and maintaining processes and procedures in compliance with our Clients IMS.
 
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Preparation of Annual Budgets, and subsequent monitoring, Cost Control, and Business Analysis.
  • Provide guidance to and supervise prioritisation of the daily work of direct reports.
  • Provide training, guidance, and manage the competency of direct reports.
  • Preparation of monthly reports detailing financial, technical, and all other aspects of business including; works completed, forward plan, and any challenges for further discussion.
  • Development, implementation management & reporting of Business strategies and plans
  • Establish and maintain effective internal business relationships and lines of communication to ensure the business operates effectively and efficiently.
  • Manages and is responsible for the profitable marketing of the business
  • Monitoring performance and customer feedback, personally and directly execute, and/or facilitate necessary Company resources to execute necessary activities/inputs (through reporting and escalation as-required) so that the Branch delivers Works to customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Management, Sales monitoring, management and reporting for products and services
  • Leverage customer and market knowledge and conduct market research to prepare tailored sales capture plans for target markets, key accounts, and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies, within accounts, markets, and product segments.
  • Prepare, review and approve quotations and responses to tenders in conjunction with the Projects Delivery and bids teams
  • Manage Key Client Accounts as required for delivery of services to site
  • Coordinate mobilisations and site support as required for Client operations
  • Ensure Darwin facilities are maintained to the required company standard and company equipment is maintained, serviceable, and available for utilisation as required.

  • Identify and report problems in processes, systems, or procedures.
  • Initiate or recommend solutions to problems identified.
  • Ensure prompt reporting of all incidents.

Requirements
  • Proven technical competence in the industry
  • Extensive leadership experience to effect
  • Training, coaching and mentoring of direct and indirect reports
  • Autonomous leader, and collaborative and supportive team member at all levels of the organisation
  • Management experience extending to Strategic Planning, Marketing, Business Development & Sales, Tenders & Proposals.
  • Decision making per delegated authority and role responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and methods
  • Experience and knowledge of financial aspects of operational management
  • Experience and knowledge of contractual management
Qualification: 
  • ≥10 years’ experience in the hydraulics industry, ideally within the Oil & Gas or Mining sectors.
  • Extensive experience in Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, Strategy, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Marketing, and reporting.
  • Hydraulics troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and refurbishment
  • Workshop Management
  • Management experience extending to Strategic Planning, Marketing, Business Development & Sales, Tenders & Proposals.
  • Decision making per delegated authority and role responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and methods
  • Experience and knowledge of financial aspects of operational management
  • Experience and knowledge of contractual management
