An exciting opportunity for an experienced State Manager working within the civil construction sector. This role would suit an experienced civil project manager looking to further extend their career into a Senior Management liaising with tier one clients.
You will be required to adhere to contractual requirements including costs, schedules and performance requirements on time and on target. You will be responsible for communicating and reporting program status and performance internally and externally.
You will come from a management/supervisory background (preferably within the civil construction industry with civil works experience), and have works project management and implementation experience including planning, prioritising and organising work.
You will thrive in a challenging role, exceptional time management and communication skills. You will have the ability to prioritise your workload and the workload of your team. You will have the ability to develop alternative solutions and lead problem solving efforts with the drive and commitment to deliver outstanding results.
