The Director of Darwin-based Celotti Workforce has been named as a state finalist in the 2019 Telstra Women’s Business Awards.

Suzie Celotti is one of three women from the Northern Territory selected in the “medium and large business” category which includes those in business with an annual turnover of $5 million or more.

Ms Celotti said she hoped her nomination would help raise the profile of women in business across the Territory and the country.

“I feel very privileged to be nominated for this award amongst such an accomplished and inspiring group of women who are all making a difference,” said Ms Celotti.

“Through my work in recruitment and labour-hire I have been able to champion many important causes including unemployment, diversity and equity in the workplace and Indigenous workforce participation.”

“It’s fantastic to be able to share my journey with so many like-minded women and hopefully inspire more women to get involved in business,” said Ms Celotti.

The Telstra Business Women’s Awards is now in its 24th year making it Australia’s longest running and most esteemed awards program for women. 

State winners for each category and an overall State Business Woman of the Year will be announced at the Telstra Business Women’s Awards Gala Dinner at Sky City Casino on Tuesday 26 March. State winners will advance to the National Final.
